Great experience overall, with friendly and attentive staff, and a reasonable standard of food comparing it was pre-prepared and on a boat. I did this trip 10 years ago and we didnt stop for 30 minutes after reaching the first leg of the trip. Also, there used to be a band but  now just a singer with a backing track who seemed to be on a  break most of the trip. Also, at the end of the cruise we arrived 20 mintues early so just circled the dock run down the clock. The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben were just past the dock but we didnt go past it for some reason. Dress code was supposed to be smart casual but people turned up in their trainers and is they were going to the pub. One couple even tried to board with a baby but thanksfully they were turned away.
