Boat

We use a variety of boats for the Christmas Clubnight Cruises with capacities ranging from 100 – 250 guests. The actual boat used is dependent on how many tickets have been sold, which ensures that it never feels too full or too empty.

This is a nightclub style cruise and seating is limited and not guaranteed.

The vessels are heated to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the evening. Large outdoor viewing decks provide the perfect vantage point to take in the stunning sights and sounds of London.

Schedule

Our Christmas Clubnight Cruises run to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid any disappointment.

Once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

Location

The boat departs from a central London Pier; usually Festival Pier or Westminster Pier. Both Piers are easily located and close to public transport links. Please check your ticket for your boarding location.

Faq

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

We do not accept any cancellations, if tickets are cancelled then 100% of the ticket price is payable by the client.

We reserve the right if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.

Amendments

We don’t accept any any changes or amendments.

Dress Code

Smart/casual. Smart jeans and trainers are permitted. Fancy dress is also fine providing it’s not deemed as offensive.

Accessibility

Unfortunately these boats are not wheelchair accessible.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted on designated outside deck only.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on-board.

Inclement Weather

The cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you.

  I did this trip 10 years ago and we didnt stop for 30 minutes after reaching the first leg of the trip. Also, there used to be a band but  now just a singer with a backing track who seemed to be on a  break most of the trip. Also, at the end of the cruise we arrived 20 mintues early so just circled the dock run down the clock. The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben were just past the dock but we didnt go past it for some reason. Dress code was supposed to be smart casual but people turned up in their trainers and is they were going to the pub. One couple even tried to board with a baby but thanksfully they were turned away. I cant recommend this trip in its current form.
